  I am actually very impressed with them this far, because they post my check to my account a day earlier than my actual pay day. The staff is very friendly in the one particular credit union in Gainesville, Florida. This is not my primary credit union because only a portion of my money is sent here, however so far so good. It would be a lot better if they stayed open to at least 7PM because they close at 5 and the majority of people get off at that time. Other than that I am having a great experience. The mobile app is good and easy to use.

  I've been a Vystar customer for many years, and currently my husband and I have auto loans, home mortgage, savings and checking. This week we were trying to get a document notarized, but was refused because it needed to be translated from one language to English, ok, I understand the reason for that. We paid to have it translated and returned to Vystar today, the supervisor again refused because "she doesn't think she should notarize it"; it was a closing document on a home, and time is of the essence. Perfectly legal document, did as she asked to have it translated, and she still refused. Needless to say, if this is how you treat your long time customers, I will be moving ALL our accounts from this bank immediately!
