  It's hard to describe the wonderful experience we had with Tiffany & Matt Thomas and their team. We decided to buy our first home and were in a bind to find something quick but that was perfect for us at the same time. We did a lot of research but the knowledge that Tiffany and Matt brought to our search was way better than any article we could have read online or advice we could have gotten from a friend. From home improvement advice to thoughts on the areas we were looking in and issues with the homes we were looking at they were extremely thorough. We were presented with option after option based on our criteria and a bevy of excellent references for other services we needed along the way. They gave extremely helpful tips and items for us to consider both during our search and during our inspection and purchasing process. They treated us like family and advocated for us during the purchasing process better than we could have for ourselves. It truly was the dream team and we are so happy in our new home!!! We would recommend them to anyone!

  I looked at a house on short sale at 6/19/17 at 10727 NW 67th Way Alachua Fl at 2pm that price was drastically reduced by $50,000. An offer of $225,000 was submitted on Tuesday morning ($5,000 less than asking price) via 40% cash and 60% mortgage backed line of credit. I was told buyer did not like our line of credit, so offer was changed to $235,000 cash. My realtor constantly asked them to let us know where we would need to be at. as I could have offered more for the house. Thomas Group refused to cooperate, and stated that buyer accepted an offer (which I suspect is less than my offer or even what I was willing to go to for the house). While it is not fraudulent, this business practice is highly unethical. In a short sell, with all factors being the same, you should accept a higher offer or someone willing to make a higher offer. Highly unethical business practices. I will be contacting the MLS board and the lending institution as well.
