  On or about August 2017 my wife's car was totaled when a reckless driver pulled out in front of her. Our insurance policy did not account for the deprecation in the value of the car, in short, we owed the finance company more than what the car was valued and the insurance company was willing to pay. In addition, the bills which was were a direct result of the accident were starting to stack up. We were concern and confused, the verbiage of the insurance companies may have well being a language of its own. That's when we turned to Steven A Bagen and Associates, they were helpful from the start. Their communication skills were exceptional, they explain the language used by the insurance companies and the procedure in manner that we understood. Ultimately, Steven A Bagen and Associates helped our family through this very difficult process and made right, the wrong caused by the reckless driver. Thank You !!!
