  Sheila Williams and Beverly Drain avoided my phone calls and office visits for three months while lying to me about my application for insurance. They said they sent out applications and were waiting to hear back from companies, but they never sent out the applications. They didn't bother to let me know this until my insurance term was nearly expired, leaving me and my family in a bind. Beverly is unprofessional in her dealings with clients, and was on the phone with me yelling, interrupting, and being belligerent. This company took my money and lied to me. I hope no one else gets their hard-earned money taken by Sheila and Beverly. They came highly recommended and I was very disappointed in their shoddy business practices. Avoid Partners Insurance Agency in Gainesville, FL.
