  Far and away the worst rental experience I've ever had. The senior staff are completely incompetent and extremely callous. Getting compliance on basic maintenance requests was a nightmare. The A/C took over 3 years to properly fix. The condenser would run for days at a time and the "handy man" could never properly diagnose the problem. This likely cost me thousands of dollars in additional utility costs over those years. Not only were the maintenance personnel incompetent, but also exceedingly rude and filthy. No attention was given to cleaning their shoes or tracking in mud and other garbage from outside. They would never clean up their mess after completing a job. We went through 2 refrigerators because they kept on replacing them with used junk. The roof leaked twice and the roofer, contracted by them, advised that the roof was not sufficient and needed to be replaced - an obvious safety concern in Florida. The result - gluing the roofing tiles that fell off back on the roof and calling it a day. I begged them to try to fix it. To no avail... Stay away at all costs.   I will say first off that the people can be a bit of a pain to deal with. However, the speed at which maintenance requests are completed and fulfilled are satisfactory and above average. I was without hot water for about a week and decided to request it to be fixed (the gas might have been low but I'm not sure). Anyways upon returning home and using the hot water I completely forgot that it had stopped working because they had fixed it the same day essentially. So if you can just have minimal contact with everyone except the manager, they aren't that bad. I've rented from them for two years but I'm not going to renew it for a 3rd due to the community. However I would recommend them.
