- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am a long time State Farm customer. There is no one to talk to at this agency who can actually do anything much less willing to. They do not take ownership of their client relationships, leaving them to fight their own battles with the corporate office. They will be glad to help collect payment and print documents, and are very pleasant and responsive with that. I can do this without them on the web. The reason to actually have an agent is to have an advocate. Not just a sales clerk. I will be taking my business elsewhere.By aaa aaa, November 21, 2017
