  I'd just like to say that I do not recommend Bank of America because I have been personally victimized by your services after being on the phone for multiple hours at a time and asking for managers that put me on an endless hold and being HUNG up on by multiple managers and inconveniently have stolen over $400 from me and have not gotten a dime back I will say that I will never use bank America again nor would I recommend this company and I don't want anyone to go through this experience that I had to go through and what I still am going through ( as Bank of America has not paid me back and refuses to close the account ) and I think the general public should know what they are getting into
